TRX/Suspension Training

Suspension Training is for all fitness levels and for anyone interested in getting fit! Based on the use of your bodyweight and the “Pendulum Principle” to adjust resistance and add instability to engage the core, Suspension Training can challenge everyone!! We have beginners to fitness enthusiasts that all want to improve their fitness level, make new friends and have a great time doing it! We have certified personal trainers/nutrition coaches and understand the importance of good form and safe workouts. Starting with a short hike to warm up, we workout in the original “Caveman Gym” of the outdoors!! We have really fun (but challenging) high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts and partner up for some of it to take advantage of teamwork (and to make a new friend - or kick your significant others butt).

Ground-Work/Stability/Mobility Training

Ground-Work Training is for all fitness levels and for anyone interested in getting fit! Based on the mimicry of animal forms, parkour movements, use of your bodyweight and wrestling/grappling techniques to challenge connective tissues and engage the core, Ground-Work Training can challenge everyone!! We have beginners to fitness enthusiasts that all want to improve their fitness level, make new friends and have a great time doing it! We have certified personal trainers & coaches that understand the importance of good form in simple ground movements, resulting in safe and effective workouts. We workout in the original “Caveman Gym” of the outdoors with grass and some padded mats, so dress accordingly. Often we will partner up to take advantage of adjusting to dynamic resistance, strategy & teamwork (and to make a new friend - or kick your significant others butt).
