There are few things that can impact one’s life in a general direction as much as “Having a good day”. A series of having these good days can lead to a good week, to a good month, and a good year. A series of days that lack good days, can impact us negatively, but each new day we have the opportunity to start another good day series.
Here are the simple actions that allow me to have a good day:
- Take a few moments to list 3 things to be Grateful for
- Drink some water
- Make a healthy snack or meal
- Go for a short walk
Life goes by too quickly to get sidetracked by negative things. If I keep my focus on gratitude, getting properly hydrated, healthily fed, and allow my body to gently move; these actions usually get my day started in the right direction and starting what turns out to be a pretty good day!!
