MARCSADVENTURES.COM FORUM is dedicated to free exchange of information among like-minded individuals who wish to LEARN and SHARE with others about health, wellness, fitness, holistic nutrition, self-sufficiency, preparedness, self defense, liberty and freedom. Members here are free to discuss various topics, but there are certain rules that must be followed. A place to post local trails based on what you know the community considers a real hike (we're not talking paved, flat, nature walks here)!! Most of you are familiar with Marc hiking at The Ashram, The Ranch at Live Oak Malibu, or with Ventura County Sheriff's Search & Rescue. Post hikes that are similar in difficulty, elevation gain and length. Make sure to keep it in perspective with a comparable hike the community knows of (e.g. Buzzard's Roost, Heartbreak Hill, MASH Site, Bulldog, Morning Coffee (Chumash Trail), Fossil Trail, etc.).

Finally a place to get the "low down" on massages and we're talking the sports therapy massages here (there are other websites for that "other" stuff). Please post comments about Massage Therapists: -Massage styles (Swedish, Thai, hot-stone, energywork, etc.) -Professionalism -Cleanliness & Hygiene -Contact Information Don't forget to list where they are located so others in the community have references if they travel!!
